I admit I was apprehensive about entering a life coaching program. I thought of it as merely just another new trend. After much thought I decided I would give it a try, and I am truly thankful that I did! It’s amazing what I learned about myself in a very short amount of time. For me it was absolutely life changing. Celeste asked me questions that opened many closed doors from my past. She was able to guide me through a myriad of obstacles to find that it was only a few things really blocking me. I felt pressure releasing after our first session and looked forward to the coming ones. I am not saying that the process was or is easy because it is not. I had to be honest with myself and that was scary. Celeste forced me to deal with ME something I spent years avoiding. I was the type of person who was always there for someone else just never for me. After a few sessions I began to see the value in me. That was a victory I never thought I would experience. Each session we delve a little deeper, sifting through a lot of the hurt and disappointment I was hiding under. I learned the importance of cleaning up the clutter in my life. A clean mind is a creative mind with limitless opportunities. Opportunities have been coming to me. I am still a work in progress but I am glad to do the work. Working with Celeste has helped this flower remove the weeds that were choking the life out of her. I would definitely recommend Life Coaching with Celeste to anyone who wants help in walking into your authentic self. My steps have been lighter as I walk into my God ordained Destiny. When I came to Celeste I was what you would call a broken, confused, desperate, and lost little girl. I knew that I had talent, worth, and something to offer but I couldn’t seem to dig deep enough to pull it out! I struggled with acceptance, social anxiety, self-sabotage and so many other issues I couldn’t identify at the time. One day I woke up so tired. I said Lord I know this is not the life you created me to live and I know that until I ask for your help and completely surrender you can’t help me or send me help. That was probably one of the worst days of my life. I was so exhausted physically, mentally and emotionally. I got to work that day and one of my co-workers looked me in my face and jokingly said, “Did you go to kindergarten, because you have no social skills.” I couldn’t believe it! That night I called Celeste hysterical. I could barely put together sentences. I asked her what am I doing wrong. I had tried. I asked God to help me! So throughout the conversation I shared with Celeste my entire life story and things I’ve struggled with. She listened and asked me one question. She asked me, “but what does God say about you?” At that moment I knew that I had to have some crucial conversations with God before I could ask him for anything else. Throughout my journey Celeste has worked with me on day to day issues, life issues, love issues and spiritual issues. She gave me some homework assignments and I did the work. I am very thankful for her passion, insight and most of all her prayers. She was not afraid to have crucial conversations with me so that I could live up to my full potential. I learned something new in every session! She has never given up on me or my dreams. Her encouragement and dedication to help me Live On Purpose and not just day to day has changed my life.
